This application (I.A. No.5260/2016) is for withdrawal of the suit, however, it is agreed jointly between counsel for the parties who appear for the respective parties that though the suit be allowed to be withdrawn, interim order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 24.5.2007 as modified by the orders of the Division Bench dated 31.5.2007, 26.3.2012 CS(OS) No.426/2007

and 22.4.2013 in FAO(OS) No.198/2007 will continue to operate between the parties with regard to the carrying on of the partnership business by the parties in the name of Akoi Saab till 31.3.2017. 2.

Application is allowed and the suit is disposed of accordingly. 3.

Since the suit is disposed of, all the pending applications will stand disposed of accordingly.
