Ld. counsel for parties submit that the cause of action arose at the plaintiff's office which is situated at Rajouri Garden which falls within the jurisdiction of District West, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District West, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 19.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
