IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ W.P.(CRL) 159/2015 MS SWATI & ANR ..... Petitioners Through:
Mr. Manjit Kumar, Adv.
versus STATE (NCT OF DELHI) & ORS ..... Respondents Through:
Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, ASC with Ms.
Shinjan Jain, Adv. along with SI Vishvendra, P.S. Seemapuri.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 16.04.2015 Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that petitioners are not residing at the given address. He further submits that SI Vishvendra Nath of police station Seemapuri had gone to the house of petitioners as shown in the memo of parties and met parents of petitioners who stated that petitioners are not living with them; petitioners are living somewhere else. Learned Additional Standing Counsel further submits that SI Vishvendra has even visited the aforesaid house of petitioners yesterday and did not find petitioners present there.
On 27th January, 2015 petitioners had admitted that they were not living at the address given in the memo of parties. However, they assured that they would start living at the given address. Despite this, petitioners
appear to be not living at the said address. They have also stopped giving instructions to their counsel.
It appears that petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
