Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application with the liberty to move the bail application afresh after examination of the prosecutrix and public witnesses. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Pending application also stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and record the evidence of the prosecutrix and the public witnesses as expeditiously as possible.
