Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the chargesheet has already been filed by the respondent, hence, he may be allowed to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to move an appropriate application for bail before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for.
