The present petition has been filed seeking Letters of Administration (LoA) with respect to the Will dated 25.12.2021 executed by late Shri Gopal Kishan Gupta.

Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are present in person before this Court. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are also present in person before this Court. The parties have been duly identified by their respective counsels. 3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Respondent nos. 2 and 3 jointly state that in a separate suit registered as CS(OS) 15/2023, filed by Respondent no. 2, the parties herein have arrived at an oral settlement with respect to the estate of late Shri Gopal Kishan The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Gupta, which has been recorded in settlement agreement dated 04.04.2025 executed by Plaintiffs and Respondent nos. 2 and 3 under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre bearing M & C File No. 824/2025 & 825/2025 ('settlement agreement'). 4.
They state that in view of the order passed today in CS(OS) 15/2023 on the basis of the settlement agreement, the Petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that in view of the settlement agreement, Petitioners have given up all their rights under the Will dated 25.12.2021 executed by Late Sh. Gopal Kishan Gupta and accepted the distribution of the estate of late Shri Gopal Kishan Gupta, in terms of the oral settlement as recorded in settlement agreement. 6.
The Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and Respondent nos. 2 and 3 who are physically present in Court confirm the aforesaid submissions advanced by their learned counsels.

The statement of the parties is taken on record and they are bound down to the same.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 9.
Pending application stands disposed of.

Future dates, if any, stand cancelled.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
