This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers:- "a)QUASH AND SET-ASIDE THE ORDER DATED 20.09.2019 PASSED BY LD. MM, SAKET DISTRICT COURT and subsequent look out circular (LOC) dated 03.02.2020, issued against the Petitioner vide Memo no. 1074/SO/DCP/SD/AC-IV, NEW DELHI AND/OR;

b)PASS ANY OTHER OR FURTHER ORDER(S) WHICH THIS HON'BLE COURT MAY DEEM FIT AND PROPER IN THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CASE IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE."

The present petitioner no. 1 named Mr. Harvinder Singh @ Santy was arrested on 18.08.2022 and was subsequently released on bail vide order dated 22.08.2022 passed by the learned Trial Court. 4.

prayer:

"(a) Quash the FIR bearing no. 111/2018 dated 26}07/2018, registered U/s 354D/506/509/34 IPC & 67 IT. Act at P.S.Greater Kailash, New Delhi; and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, in the interest of justice. (b) Pass any such other and further order/direction, which this Hon'ble court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Notice was issued on the amended petition on 03.04.2024. 6.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners including Harvinder Singh @ Santy seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise contentions contained in the amended petition at the time of consideration on point of charge before the learned Trial Court. 7.

Leave and liberty granted.

Learned Trial court is requested to ensure that the arguments on point of charge are heard expeditiously without giving any undue adjournments to either of the parties. It is made clear that no arguments have been addressed on the merits of the case.
