The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "A. As per status report dated 07.08.2023, filed by respondent no. 3 (P.S. Neb Sarai), it is recorded that FIR No. 107/2021 was registered at the instance of petitioner and has since been investigated and chargesheet has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.

As per status report dated 20.11.2023, filed on behalf of respondent no. 5 (P.S. Vasant Kunj, North), the present petitioner filed 14 complaints, out which 13 complaints were filed in the year 2019. The records of the 2019 complaints have been destroyed vide order No. 4001-4402/HAR/SWD, New Delhi, dated 16.05.2023 passed by the DCP/SWD. The remaining 01 complaint has been filed vide dairy No. LC-591, dated 08.06.2022 as per record.

As per status report dated 28.02.2024, filed by SHO, P.S. Sangam Vihar (respondent no. 6), it is stated that the complaints filed by the petitioner related to year 2019 have been destroyed vide order No. 54855944/SDC-V/SD, dated 27.06.2023. 5.

no. 4), it is submitted that no complaint filed by the petitioner is pending in P.S. Saket. It is further stated that all the complaints in the matter have been disposed off or have been filed.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 7.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
