% 18.11.2016 CM No.37955/2016 The appellant is seeking pre-mature release of four FDRs bearing Nos.

15530310142684, 15530310142691, 15530310142707 & 15530310142714 for Rs.71,078/- each on the ground that he has incurred expenditure for marriage of his daughter, Nazar Praveen on 20th October, 2016. The appellant is present along with his daughter, Nazar Praveen. The first FDR bearing No. 15530310142684 for Rs.71,078/- has already matured on 16th November, 2016 and, therefore, no order is required with respect for the same.

The application is allowed.

The UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to pre-maturely discharge aforesaid three FDRs bearing Nos.

15530310142691, 15530310142707 & 15530310142714 and transfer the maturity amount to the appellant's account bearing No.51892191017998 with Oriental Bank of Commerce, Branch-Holambi Khurd, Delhi.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the appellant under signature of Court Master.
