ORDER

% 17.08.2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties in both the appeals, on instructions from the latter, who are present in-person in Court today, invite my attention to a Compromise Agreement dated 8"^ August, 2016 entered into by and between them, to urge in unison that the present appeals may be disposed of as having been compromised, in terms thereof. The said Compromise Agreement dated S"" August, 2016 is annexed as 'Annexure A' to the present appeals.

The said Compromise Agreement dated 8^*^ August, 2016 is in writing and has been signed by the parties as well as their counsel. I have perused the said Compromise Agreement dated 8^ August, 2016 and the same is lawful. It is, therefore, accepted by this Court, leaving the parties to perform their reciprocal obligations in terms thereof, without demur.

In view of the foregoing, the submission made on behalf of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties is hereby accepted. The registry is directed to process the refund of court fees in accordance with the provisions of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870, as applicable to Delhi.

The registry is further directed to return the Trial Court record to the concerned court.

The appeals are accordingly disposed of as having been compromised. With the above directions, the appeals are disposed of accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
