Counsel for the Petitioner, states that the parties have resolved their disputes by executing Settlement Agreement dated 18th March, 2024, wherein both the parties have agreed to withdraw the inter-se litigation. The Settlement Agreement has been annexed with the present application as Document-A/1.

In light of the above settlement, counsel for the Petitioner, states that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
