1. This is a writ petition filed by the Petitioner seeking refund. None appears for the Petitioner despite pass over.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent produces copies of the refund orders for the first, second, third and four quarters of year 2012. Certain amount of interest has also been granted on the refund.
