Learned counsel for the respondent requests for a short accommodation stating that she wants to file a reply. No reply is called for. However, she requests that she may be given some time to prepare for arguments.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the record, I find that since the learned Trial Court has commenced the recording of evidence of the parties and even the evidence on the cross-objections filed by the petitioner have been recorded, there is no merit in the present civil revision petition. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner requests permission to withdraw the present civil revision petition without prejudice.

The same is allowed. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise appropriate objections before the learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage of the proceedings in accordance with law. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
