All the suits will be transferred to one transferee court. 2.

These suits were wrongly transferred to the transferee court under the District & Sessions Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi whereas the suits should have been transferred to the court within the District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi and so agreed before me by the counsel for the parties. 3.

Accordingly, these suits are transferred to the competent court under the District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi. Parties will appear before the District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 4th July, 2016.
