% 29.08.2019 CRL.M.A.33306/2019 (for clarification/correction) 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a clerical error in the order dated 17.7.2019 as Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ('POSCO Act') was not mentioned in the said order.

Learned APP for the State also submitted that Section 12 of the POSCO Act is not mentioned in the said order. 3.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the order dated 17.7.2019 is modified to the extent that the FIR No.01/2017, under Sections 354D/509 of the IPC and Section 12 of the POSCO Act, registered at P.S.:Sagar Pur, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
