Counsel for respondent states on instructions that they have no dispute or issue with respect to complying with the Memorandum of Settlement dated 5th August 2021, inter alia, on aspects providing visitation to petitioner-husband in this matter.

Counsel for petitioner states that aside from some deviation in the past, as per paragraphs 6 and 7 of Memorandum of Family Settlement, on issue of visitation, some compliance has taken place. 3.
Accordingly, considering the undertaking which has been given on behalf of the respondent, the Court sees no reason to continue this petition on Board.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with right of the petitioner to revive the same in case of any continued infraction. 5.
