% 05.07.2019 In this petition, quashing of FIR No. 2/2016, under Section 420/34 IPC and Sections 18/27 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, registered at Crime Branch, Delhi is sought.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to urge the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the stage of charge. In view of aforesaid, this petition and applications are accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to urge the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the charge stage.
