By Bail Application No. 262/2017 the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on an apprehension of arrest. However, no FIR number etc. has been noted in the petition.

Copy of the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge rejecting bail application has been handed over in Court today. The same is taken on record.

The order dated 21st January, 2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge notices that since no FIR has been registered there is no BAIL APPLN. 262/2017

substantive cause for apprehension of arrest. Hence the application was disposed of.

Learned APP for the State on instructions from SI Bhupendra Kumar, EOW states that FIR No. 27/2017 under Sections 420 read with 120B IPC has been registered with PS Economic Offences Wing. Copy of the FIR has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Since the FIR has been registered and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Additional Sessions Judge for seeking anticipatory bail in the first instance, the present petition and application are permitted to be withdrawn.
