The present petition had been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 17th January, 2019 passed in W.P. (CRL) No. 124/2019. th January, 2019, it had been directed that 2.
By the said order dated 17 the petitioner shall be granted protection in her matrimonial residence where she was staying at the said time. It was further directed that the movement of the petitioner in her ingress and egress into the matrimonial home shall not be hindered. The said order also directed that it shall be ensured that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioner lives peacefully in her matrimonial home. 3.
Today when the matter is called out, the petitioner who appears in person submits that she has moved out from her matrimonial home temporarily, since renovation is going on therein. Further, learned counsel appearing for the respondent also confirms the fact that the petitioner is not living in the matrimonial home since 04th March, 2022.

Be that as it may, it is clear that the petitioner is no longer staying in her matrimonial home. This Court has further been informed that there are seventeen cases pending between the parties and that the matter has been referred for mediation in the proceedings pending before the Saket Court. 5.
Considering the aforesaid that the petitioner is no longer staying in the premises in question, no further orders are required to be passed in the present proceedings. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
