A perusal of the file shows that this suit was filed to restrain the defendant from forcibly dispossessing the plaintiff from Shop No.58, Khan Market, New Delhi.

The defendant besides the written statement also filed counter claim inter alia for accounts and for mandatory injunction directing the plaintiff to vacate the said shop and for mesne profits.

The suit was decreed on 27th May, 2008.

Issues in the Counter Claim are found to have been framed on 22nd January, 2010.

The Counter Claim was withdrawn on 29th April, 2014. 7.
