On the first call in the matter, a request for an adjournment was made on behalf of the Petitioner. None appears for the Petitioner on the second call.

The record reflects that this Court by order dated 10.10.2019 had directed that the operation of the Impugned Award shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing. Interim directions have continued thereafter, primarily for the reason that the Petitioner has either sought adjournments or had not appeared on 9 out of the 12 dates of hearing. In the remaining 3 dates, the adjournment requests by the Respondent have not been opposed by the Petitioner.

It is apparent that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
