% 08.07.2019 Contempt of order of 29th March, 2019 is alleged in this petition. Vide aforesaid order, trial court was directed not to conduct any effective proceedings.

The grievance of petitioner's counsel is that the trial court had conducted effective proceedings on 5th April, 2019. Upon hearing and on perusal of orders of 29th March, 2019 (of which contempt is alleged) and 5th April 2019, I find there is no contempt of order of 29th March, 2019.
