2. The notice could not be issued to respondent no.3 for want of process fee form

3. None has appeared on behalf of petitioner.

4. Issue notice of the captioned IA to respondent no. 3 through all permissible modes.

5. Reply be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

6. Re-notify the present matter for further proceedings on 12th May, 2026.
