This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "i) To initiate Contempt proceedings against the alleged Contemnor for willfully and deliberately disobeying the judgment dated 03.02.2020 of this Hon'ble High Court passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 7447/2019.

ii) To pass such other and further order which their Lordships of this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper." 3.

The present petition was filed alleging willful disobedience of the judgment dated 03.02.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 7447/2019. 4.

During the pendency of the present petition, Special Leave Petition being SLP(C) No.4918/2021 filed by the Union of India challenging the order dated 03.02.2020 has since been allowed vide order dated 07.05.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a review petition has been filed with respect to the aforesaid order. 6.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same subject to the outcome of the review petition.
