O R D E R

% 11.12.2025 Pursuant to what was noted in last order dated 27.11.2025, the appellant has placed on record Compromise Deed dated 05.12.2025 ('Compromise Deed'), which evidences that in full-andfinal settlement of their inter-se disputes, the respondent has received a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- from the appellant.

The respondent/Javid Ali has joined the proceedings via videoconferencing; and confirms the settlement, as also having received Rs.7,50,000/-. He also confirms, that in view of the settlement, he does not wish to pursue the execution proceedings and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

The terms of the settlement appear lawful and fair. The same are taken on record; holding the parties bound by those terms. 4.

The respondent is granted liberty to withdraw the execution proceedings pending vide Execution Case No.75/2024 on the next date of hearing before the learned executing court. 5.
