The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing No. 0279/2016 under Sections 323/341/354A/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Khyala, Delhi, and all proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed.

The present petition is premised on a settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 (Anju Kumari). The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. 3.

The petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 6 are present in Court. Respondent no.6 is a minor and is represented through his father, who is also present in Court.

The concerned parties jointly pray that the FIR in question be quashed as they have settled their disputes among themselves and they have no

further grievance against each other. Respondent no.2 is identified by the Investigating Officer and the petitioners and respondent nos. 3 to 6 are identified by their respective counsel.

In view of the aforesaid statements, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition and quash the FIR in question. 6.

Accordingly, the FIR bearing No.

0279/2016 under Sections 323/341/354A/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Khyala, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 7.
