W.P.(C).839/2017 & CM.APPL 3832/2017(direction) Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 has been squatting Opposite Shop no.55, Babu Market, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. He further submits that the petitioner is old and suffering from various ailments. His squatting site is being looked after by his son Munna, respondent no.2 herein.

Copies of challans have been placed on record. Counsel for NDMC, who appears on an advance copy, submits that copies of challans placed on record do not evidence that the petitioner has been squatting at the said site except one

challan. At this stage, counsel for the petitioners prays that the case of the petitioner should be considered by the Town Vending Committee (TVC). Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. The petition is disposed of at this stage with leave to the petitioner to approach the TVC. The TVC would consider the case of the petitioner expeditiously and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. CM.APPL 3832/2017 also stands disposed of.
