Mr. Javed Hasan appears in person. He submits that the advocate engaged by him on the last date, is no longer appearing for him. 2.

He submits that the shop in question has already been vacated. He tenders an unconditional apology to this Court for non-compliance of the order passed by this court in which direction had been passed to the respondent to vacate the premises/shop.

This court accepts the unconditional apology of the respondent herein. The respondent is, however, warned not to take the judicial orders lightly. 4.
