Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the nature of relief sought in this public interest litigation petition, we permit the petitioner to make a representation to the Secretary, Transport Department, GNCTD spelling out all his grievances and taking all the pleas which may be available to him and enclosing all the documents in support thereof, within a period of fortnight from today. 3.

Once any such representation is received by the Secretary, Transport Department, GNCTD, he shall take a decision thereon by passing a reasoned and speaking order. In case he finds that any directions are warranted to be issued under law, he may take appropriate action as well. 4.
