The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of Justice, it is therefore, most respectfully prayed by the Petitioners and Respondent No.2, that FIR No. 70/2018 U/s 279/304A IPC dated 06.02.2018 pending trail against the Petitioner be quashed as being compromised.

Any other order this Hon'ble Court feels appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
