Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the nature of grievances raised in this Public Interest Litigation petition, we permit the petitioner to approach the Special Task Force (STF) constituted under the order dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P.(C) 4677/1985 titled "M.C. Mehta v. Union of India & Ors", for redressal of his grievances by making a detailed representation and taking all the pleas which may be available to him. The said representation shall be made within a fortnight. Once any such representation is received by the STF, the same shall be attended to and appropriate decision thereon shall be taken.
