This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 19(2) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014, by Mr. Yash Raghuvanshi, who was selling food items through a hand pulled cart. 3.
It is the case of the Applicant that vide order dated 24th December, 2021, a direction was passed by this Court directing removal of the goods seized from various vendors. According to the Applicant, he is a 100% speech and hearing impaired person.

Considering the nature of the disability of the Applicant that he is 100% speech and hearing impaired, let the Director Enforcement, New Delhi Municipal Council (hereinafter, 'NDMC') consider the Applicant's case for exemption from storage fees in a sympathetic manner. The Applicant shall appear before the Director Enforcement, NDMC on 6th May, 2026 at 11:30 a.m in Palika Sadan, Delhi and an order be passed and communicated to the Applicant by 15th May, 2026.

Ld. Counsel for the NDMC shall inform the concerned Director Enforcement, NDMC about the order which has been passed today. 7.
