The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present writ petition.

It is submitted that respondent no.1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), has taken demolition action on several occasions against the subject property, i.e., property bearing Plot No. 175, Back Side Gali No. 20A, Zakir Nagar, Khasra No. 176, Near Raza Masjid, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi, land measuring 50 sq. yds., out of total land measuring 100 sq. yds. 3.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsels appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the MCD submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn, in view of the substantive action taken by the MCD.

Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
