At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has now come to know that a writ petition i.e. W.P(C) No. 8035/2024 is already pending before the learned Division Bench of this Court wherein certain directions have been given with respect to the same J.J. Cluster i.e. Madrasi Camp, and, therefore, he does not press the present petition and seeks to withdraw the same. 3.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
