% 29.08.2016 C.M. No.30225/2016 The petitioner is seeking modification of certain submissions which were purported to be recorded by this Court on 02.02.2016. Submission of the petitioner is that he had not made the submission that the Society (of which Happy School is a part) had other branches as well. This order was passed on 02.02.2016. The application seeking modification was filed in August, 2016 i.e. six months later. The memory of this Court is not so sharp that it can remember the submissions which were made in February, 2016; the fact that Happy School had other branches is recorded in two different parts of the order.

This Court is not inclined to modify the order. Dismissed. INDERMEET KAUR, J AUGUST 29, 2016
