The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking release of the following goods:
●One gold kada weighing 99 grams;
●One gold chain weighing 101 grams;
●Four gold bangles weighing 399 grams;
●One gold coin weighing 25 grams;
● Three Iphone 15 Pro (256GB) ● Three Iphone 15 Pro Max (256GB) 3.
The present petition further assails the Order-in-Original bearing no. 37/ADJ/ADC/AKP/2025 dated 10th January 2025 (hereinafter, 'impugned order') passed by Additional Commissioner of Customs, Terminal-3, IGI Airport, New Delhi by which absolute confiscation of the abovementioned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. After some hearing, ld. Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he is willing to challenge the impugned order in appeal before the Commissioner (Appeals) under Section 128 of the Customs Act, 1962. 5.
Let the said appeal be filed by 10th June, 2025 and the hearing be fixed before the Commissioner (Appeals). The Commissioner (Appeals) shall conclude the hearing and pass an order within a period of three months. 6.
The petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
