By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges his transfer from Rewari to Tezpur, Assam. We have heard Mr. Arun Sharma, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

He submits that his client is suffering from Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder and Lumbar Spine Stenosis and is presently admitted in hospital.

It appears that the petitioner's representation, against his transfer, has not been decided by any speaking order. KUMAR 15:46:01 W.P.(C) 6080/2025

Mr. Sahaj Garg, learned SPC for the respondents, on instructions from DC Jag Davender Singh, is agreeable to the writ petition being disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's representation.

He undertakes that the representation would be decided within a period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to treat the present writ petition as a representation and take a decision thereon within four weeks and communicate it to the petitioner forthwith. The decision, if adverse to the interest of the petitioner, would remain in abeyance for a period of one week thereafter in order to enable the petitioner to seek legal remedies thereagainst, if so advised.
