The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks modification of the bail condition 'd' contained in the order dated 27.08.2024, vide which it was directed that the petitioner shall report to the local police station once in every week, i.e. on every Wednesday, at 10:30 AM, and that he shall be released within half an hour after completing the formalities. 2.

The learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer (IO), states that the charge-sheet in this case has been filed, and the case is listed before the learned Trial Court on 27.03.2025 for the recording of evidence. The victim in this case has already been examined. 3.
