The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "(i) to allow the present Petition;

(ii) to issue a Writ in the nature of certiorari / mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction for admission of minor prisha daughter of petitioner or in alternate direct the respondent to release of one seat to minor Prisha daughter of petitioner.

(iii) to issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari / mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction for an inquiry from respondent no.3 about the selection procedure of respondent no.1.

(iv) Cost of the litigation be also allowed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent."

daughter in DPS, Dwarka, New Delhi and she was declared successful, however, on the day when the petitioner had to report to the respondent no.1 school, due to unavoidable circumstances, the family of the petitioner had to go out and for the said reason, the seat for which the petitioner's daughter was eligible was allotted to some other child. 3.

Mr. Puneet Mittal, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 school submits that now vacancies have been filled-up, however, in case any vacancy arises in future, the same shall be offered to the petitioner's daughter. The statement is taken on record. The respondent no.1 school shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above, Mr. Chand submits that he does not wish to press the present petition any further.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the pending applications also stand disposed of.
