This is a petition seeking appointment of an Arbitrator under Clause 9.2 of the Master Agreement and Clause 7.2 of the Amendment Agreement. 2.

It is stated that since there were disputes between the parties, the petitioner invoked arbitration vide legal notice dated 31.10.2022. 3.

Since the disputes have not been settled, the present petition has been filed.

As per the arbitration clause, the Tribunal is to be constituted of 3 members. The petitioner has already appointed its nominee arbitrator. 5.

Ms Nagpal, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent will appoint its nominee Arbitrator within a period of two weeks from today, and both the nominee Arbitrators are requested to appoint the Presiding Officer within two weeks thereafter. 6.

The fee will be as per the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
