This Court notes that the Union of India has challenged the order dated 14th February, 2020 passed by Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 1716/2020, which is the subject matter of the present proceedings. th 2.

By order dated 11 January, 2021, the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 15150/2020 has passed the following order:- "Issue notice on the special leave petition as well as on the prayer for interim relief.

In the meantime, contempt proceedings shall remain stayed. Tag with SLP (C) D. No. 41910 of 2017."
