The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/GNCTD to develop an administrative mechanism for granting accreditation to eligible driving training centres ('DTCs') and to decide the request letter for accreditation of DTC given by the petitioner vide letter dated 15th March, 2024.

Mr. Abhinav Singh, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/GNCTD submits that the application of the petitioner dated 15th March, 2024 (Annexure P/7 to the petition) shall be decided by the respondent no.1/GNCTD within six (6) weeks from today, after giving a personal W.P.(C) 6089/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
