The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred seeking directions for early disposal of suit bearing no. CS DJ 542/2022 titled as "Ram Lal Ahuja & Ors. vs. Inder Ahuja" pending before the learned ADJ-06, South East, Saket Court, New Delhi. 4.

Learned counsel submits that the abovementioned civil suit was preferred on 10.06.2022 and the summons of the suit and notices of the application were issued to the respondent vide order dated 18.07.2022. Thereafter the respondent has put in appearance and contested the suit. It is submitted that since then the case is at the stage of completing he pleadings.
