% 13.01.2016 Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that he has not yet been informed about the address of the LRs of defendant no.2 by the other side. Ld. counsel for the plaintiffs submits that suit property is situated at Civil Lines, Rajpur Road which falls under the jurisdiction of District Central, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District Central, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 19.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
