O R D E R

% 12.09.2019 As per the deposition of the PW-2/ prosecutrix, she has neither identified the petitioner nor has stated that the said person has committed rape upon her. Moreover, the petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.03.2017.

In view of the above, I am of the considered opinion that the case of the petitioner is fit for bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall not involve himself in any other case and in the event of any report against him, this Court would consider the desirability of cancelling the suspension of sentence.

The application stands disposed of.
