The petitioner, already on furlough till tomorrow now seeks parole for four weeks so that his liberty may continue further. It is explained by learned counsel that father of petitioner passed away on 26.04.2025 and the 13th day ritual is to be performed on 09.05.2025. 3.
After part submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition subject to granting him time till 10.05.2025 to surrender.
