The present petition has been listed on office notice. 2.

A request has been received from the learned Trial Court for extension of time in relation to disposal of the application moved under Order XII Rule 6 CPC.

When this petition was taken up by this Court on 27th June, 2024, this Court had directed the learned Trial Court to dispose of said application within four weeks.

According to learned Trial Court, the order was not placed before it immediately and eventually when the order was brought to its notice, the case has been listed for arguments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, who has joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing, states that the learned Trial Court has heard argument on 21st August, 2024 and now the matter is reserved for orders on 6th September, 2024.
