The explanation has been given by the Registry. 2.

The explanation reads as under:

"xxxx xxxx xxxx In compliance of the order dated 08.05.2025 passed by Hon'ble Division Bench, with the greatest respect, the sequence of events in the aforesaid matter is as under:-

1. The first writ bearing WP (Crl) 1425/2025 was filed on 30.04.2025 and listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.05.2025 by Mr. Jai Subhash Thakur, Advocate.

2. Ld. Counsel for respondents Mr. Satyapal has filed the Written Statement in WP(Crl) No. 1425/2025, on 06.05.2025 from the ID of one Mr. Rahul K. Dubey, Advocate.

3. From the ID of said Mr. Rahul K. Dubey, Advocate, an identical petition has separately been filed.

4. With the filing of another fresh petition by Mr. Rahul K. Dubey, Advocate, the same was scrutinized and passed inadvertently by another scrutiny assistant which was registered as WP(Crl) 1534/2025 and listed on 08.05.2025.

Further, it is submitted that the existing computer software does not reflect whether any identical matter has already been listed or not. In this view of the matter, inadvertently the second identical petition bearing no. WP(Crl) 1534/2025 got registered causing great inconvenience to the Hon'ble Court and is highly regretted.
