Learned counsel for the decree holder states that decree to the extent of receiving possession of the suit property has been satisfied, however since the judgment debtor did not handover the possession within the time prescribed, the decree holder will be at liberty to enforce its report qua the mense profit. She seeks leave to withdraw the present execution petition. 2.
