Criminal Miscellaneous (Main) Petition bearing CRL.M.C.

2128/2021 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Pawan Kumar Mishra for quashing the impugned Summoning Order dated 12.12.2018, passed by learned MM-01 (NI Act), Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CC No. 18668/2018 and Criminal Miscellaneous (Main) Petition bearing CRL.M.C. 2129/2021, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of impugned Summoning Order dated 15.11.2018, passed by learned MM-01 (NI Act), Central Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CC No. 18823/2018.
